Roller Shutters & Insulated Shutter
Roller shutters offer added security and protection against burglary and vandalism and are available in either steel or aluminium.
Finished in galvanised or powder coat finish to your chosen colour in a range of lath styles including perforated or punched.
Insulated roller shutters offer quieter operation, a higher wind loading and increased strength compared to standard shutters. Increased energy efficiency can be achieved with improved heat and sound insulation.
Operation of the shutter can be manual or by motorisation. They can be made to open automatically upon the presence of a person or object or can be by a simple push button switch. Opening and shutting can also be initiated by remote control.
High Speed Roller Shutters
Rapid Roll / Fast Action / High Speed doors are manufactured to offer an excellent solution to high traffic control areas and also where heat / energy saving is a pre-requisite.
The curtain is 900g reinforced polyester weave covered in PVC and complete with PVC vision panels to your requirements. The lightweight curtain is highly durable and has a low heat transfer rate giving both durability and flexibility during daily use.
We can offer doors up to 5500mm wide and 5500mm high, which operate at a standard opening speed of up to 1000mm per second, with an option to increase this up to 3000mm per second.
Activation is via a full range of options and complemented with a choice of safety features. We can also offer a self repairing version which will eliminate / reduce repair down-time resulting in uninterrupted production and lower repair costs

- Radar: Movement Detector by Infra-red or Microwave
- Induction Loop: Detection of metal wheeled traffic
- Photocell: Activation of door under normal conditions and also as a safety feature
- Remote Control: Operation by authorized personnel via hand
